When you are always on the go, travelling from one place to another as part of your work, you would be considering how and what to bring on your travels especially when you know you need to travel fast and light without your big and heavy luggage that would slow you down and even would cause problems especially at checkpoint or boarding gate itself. Basically when you are travelling on a business trip, it is all about traveling light and comfort. Plan ahead where you are going and know what you are supposed to bring by listing down what you need to bring not what you want to bring as need is important when you are in hurry business trip would take place at different location in one day. For sure if you are travelling for a business trip, you need to know you should be carrying two bags alone, one for your clothing and one is a back pack where you could be carrying your documents and files for your work purposes. Basically you would be carrying a laptop, documents and folders plus your traveling documents especially your passport that could be place in your back pack. Your luggage should be compact and light in terms of you pack clothing for the duration of time you would be traveling to a certain place. Pack only what is essential and if you are just day for a daytrip, you should be packing only clothing for the meeting and clothing to change once you are done. If it is a longer trip, pack and recycle your clothing if possible to minimize weight and used laundry as you would not have the time to change and wash your clothing once you are travelling. Pack what is need for the occasion only and not the whole wardrobe you have at home. It is all about packing smart and small without ruining your image and style of a typical travelling businessman.
